Super Junior ShinDong recently posted up some of his selca on his homepage, showing a much slimmer and idol-like him, which caused much interests amongst fans.
The truth is that he has lost about 16kg from the dance exercise routine and dieting that he has been going through lately for MBC ‘Dancing YongHyungDongJae’ with DJ Doc member Lee Jae Yong.
I think he looks much more good-looking now…
Not to talk about looking better and building on the self-esteem, this is also a much healtier body for him than before.

His haircut is a little hmm… but other than that, he looks awesome!!! I’m glad that he looks so fit and hopefully, he feels great as well. But by the looks of the selca photos, he probably is feeling great! Time to show off!
I feel happy for him ‘coz I know he’s been trying to lose the weight for some time now but I love the chubby Shindong better. He was different than most “idols” but still quite as lovable than the rest. ^^

Well he also said that he’s slimming down not because he’s jealous of the members, but because he wanted to look healthy and the best way to do it is through a healthy lifestyle and diet.
