Se7en to make comeback in Korea
It has been reported that there are high chances that Se7en will be making a comeback in Korea in 2009.
Currently preparing for his American debut album, it is said that he may be releasing a comeback Korean album in the second half of 2009. One Kpop official said, “Se7en will be coming back int the 2nd half of 2009 after his promotional activities in America.”
This will be his comeback in Korea 3 years and 6 months after his drama ‘Goong S’.

SHINee MinHo to appear in ‘Gee’ MV
The MV to So Nyeo Shi Dae comeback minialbum ‘Gee’ will be revealed on 7th January.
The MV was shot last mid-December in a filming set in GyeongGiDo, and the girls will transform as mannequins in the MV with the concept of ‘awakening’ with the clothing mall as the background.
Another thing to look out for will be the appearance of SHINee member MinHo.
Already, the song ‘Gee’ has been gained heat interests from music fans, earning it a #1 spot on CyWorld site.

Perez Hilton covers SeungRi ‘Strong Baby’
Famous American blogger Perez Hilton covered on Big Bang SeungRi’s solo song ‘Strong Baby’ on 5th January. Titled ‘Watch & Listen: In Any Language, This Is HOT!!!!!‘, Hilton showed us some Kpop love.
Y’all know we love us some good K-Pop, but this really transcends the genre.

I actually looked at Perez’s site and looked at the comments. Have to say I’m not happy with what’s being said especially when there’s a lot of racist remarks. What’s being said there is why Asians can’t make it in American music industry. The movie industry is quite different though.
Sorry, I did a paper on Asians within American entertainment so those comments on Perez’s site makes me really angry.
Anyways, it’s good to see celebrity bloggers loving Korean music.

lol @ the racist comments. Yep we’re all mad at them coz their belittling our Baby Ri on his debut, but then I am so proud that his solo song was posted on Perez Hilton…I think he likes Kpop, especially WG. hihi.

It’s not that I don’t want baby or any other asian artist to have more exposure. It’s just that their taste of music and the way they see things is rather different from the people who like asian music.
