Tears flow as So Nyeo Shi Dae won #1 on ‘Inkigayo’.
The song ‘Gee’ is number 1 on the chart on the show just briefly after the girls’ comeback.
On the 18th, So Nyeo Shi Dae won the mutizen song on SBS live broadcast of “Inkigayo” with their title song “Gee” from their first mini album.
So Nyeo Shi Dae had swept all the #1 from the various music charts since their comeback on 11th. On the 16th, So Nyeo Shi Dae had won #1 for KBS 2TV’s “Musicbank”. However due to the controversy, So Nyeo Shi Dae is unable to appear on the show. So Nyeo Shi Dae had not performed on Musicbank on both 9th last week and 16th this week. However, So Nyeo Shi Dae ‘s title song “Gee” from their first mini album was the #1 contender with K Will and Baek Ji Young.
So Nyeo Shi Dae said “Thank you to the fans who had been waiting for us for the past 9 months”, and they teared upon thanking the fans.
The title track “Gee” from their mini album talks about the feelings of a young girl going into her first love. The song fits the feeling of fresh and youthfulness that So Nyeo Shi Dae gives off. The song had top the charts since its first release on the 5th.

I don’t think they “copied” WG’s style, to the comments above. Both groups are unique in their own way of fashion & style. And you can’t say they copied WG cause WG didn’t start any fashion trend.

lol i dig the neon shirts too. i’ve really been liking the clothes snsd uses for performances lately since they switched stylists. they’re stuff you could wear on the street and look really cute, but totally normal.

have to admit though, their wardrobes are much more age-appropriate and less kitsch-y than WG. As much as I love both of them, I’d choose soshi’s clothes to wear- I could wear it out on the street and no one would bat an eye. Congrats girls!
