After School to advance into Japan? Interest from Morning Musume’s company
Debuted no more than a year, rumours of After School advancing into Japan has already surfaced.
The company of Morning Musume was looking to remake the group’s “Love Machine” as the theme song for the Korean-Japanese audition show and had seek interests for After School to sing the remake entitled “Dream Girl”.
The composer-cum-producer to Morning Musume’s ‘Love Machine’ has also likings to the group ‘After School’ after listening to their hit songs ‘Ah’ and ‘Diva’. The company had went to meet After School personally during the girls’ recording of ‘Dream Girl’.
The representative of the company said, “Though nothing much has been confirmed, we talked about advancing into the Japanese morning. We are looking forward to have yet another Korean group making it big in Japan like Dong Bang Shin Ki and SS501 etc.”
The audition show will be aired from 22nd May.

V.O.S comes back after 1 year with a new minialbum
Ahead of their comeback, 3-member vocal group V.O.S reveals the process of their recording via TV Mnet ‘Empire’s Children’.
On the show aired on 20th, the group revealed part of their recording process to this new minialbum, and also some of the album jacket photos.
The composer to the title song, a fast-tempo number, of their comeback albumis said to be hit song maker Jo Yeong Soo.
Member Choi Hyun Joon said, “We are attempting a different music style for our comeback title song, and it’s a little tiring. It seems its hard to sing a good song.”
Their minialbum will be revealed on the 25th.

Posted together with the photos, she said, “A day of great weather~~~ >o<!! *excitement*”.
It seem the girl is enjoying preparing for her comeback debut in the group 4Minute.

i dont believe they are trying to change AS concept. i know for a fact that AS is doing the same thing as MM with the whole switching members. so perhaps you may not like their vocals now, but as new members come and go we’ll see. anyways i highly doubt the change in concept. hyunah looks like sunye in the first pic!!! o_)O

Of all the Korean girl groups I’d expect UFA to be interested in, Afterschool would be the least likely I’d suspect.
I mean, I’ve would’ve pegged Tsunku to come running after SNSD or Kara for their feminine cutesy concept since it is similar to Momosu’s image in Japan.
The closest thing H!P has in counterpart with Afterschool’s sexy image is Vuden but they already disbanded xD
Oh well. More power to Afterschool, and hopefully this opens up a slew of overseas opportunities for them^^

I think I fainted after overly laughing when I heard about After School and Morning Musume. I mean but they are like all cute and bubbly *hate to bring in SNSD, but they are like the real large member group that totally knows how to do the young cute image (although sometimes the cuteness is so over the top I want to cringe. But it can’t be helped when teh members are so cute off-stage @.@)* and even wore monkey suits in a PV. And then theres After School who claim to be the “korean pussy cat dolls”. And from Morning Musume’s company, most of the groups are all cute >.<
I wonder what it will be like to bring in After School?
It's really interesting to see what their future is like in Japan. All though of all groups I didn't expect it to be After School. I thought it would be more like Kara or something… but gl to After School ^^;;;
