SHINee member Onew is back on MBC Music Core looking healthy on 27th June performing the song ‘Juliette’ with the rest of the group members, with fans having to heave a sigh of relief.
Onew was on KBS Music Bank on 26th June when he had fell down and injured his leg while performing the song ‘Juliette’. And after the tabulated K Chart was revealed, he was around with other artistes congratulating So Nyeo Shi Dae for their win when one of the light fixtures gave out sparks and came down.
Super Junior ShiWon and KyuHyun together with 2PM WooYoung together with others had held on to in time. But Onew who was onlooking had received a shock and had fainted on the spot. He was hospitalised immediately.
Luckily Onew did not suffer from any major injuries and he was discharged not long after.
A representative said, “He was trying to avoid from being hit with the light fixture dropping and he had a shock. He did not suffer from major injuries, but was just in shock.”
SM Entertainment also revealed that they have decided to send him for close body examination taking in consideration that he lost conscious from shock even though he did not get injured from the accident.

It really amazes me how incredibly immature some people are/can be. I mean really, if you have nothing nice (or mature) to say, then please, don’t say it at all. Keep those kinds of nasty comments to yourself. No-one wants to hear about how much you hate this person or that person. It’s just uncalled for, especially in an intense situation like this. People could have been seriously injured, or even died, and your going at each other like a bunch of five year olds? At least have some decency and show consideration for those who were involved. Ranting aside, I’m glad Onew oppa is okay. I was really shocked when I came across the video on youtube. He was really lucky Siwon and Kyuhyun were there to catch the structure before it hit him. And I thought it was really sweet of Leeteuk to run after SHINee and make sure Onew was okay

The stage n other props definitely had serious problems….
Sungmin tripped n got his knee stitched during rehearsal. Onew fell down…..Jessica almost fell down. I also noticed that actually n she looked a bit shocked.
N the worst was those light fixtures fell….>.<
What a shame! Mubank should be more careful. Luckily no one got major injury. I was also sad looking at Onew lifeless on his manager's back.

I think he got shocked because he surpressed the pain. Usually when you hurt, you scream or whining to release the stress due to the pain, but because they are performing and recording, Onew hold it all inside..

I was worried when I saw Onew limping, but fainting really shocked me. He’s fine enough to be discharged from the hospital, but I think they should have at least cancelled last night’s performance (even if the MJ tribute was really cool). He really does not look well on MuCore.

The stage was not safe. Everyone was slipping and falling all night. And then when that whole light fixture crashed down. o_O

I caught that trip from Jessica. She almost fell but almost caught herself which is good cause she didn’t injure herself. I think seeing the incident made almost everyone cry, it really upset me
