T-ara’s company apologise officially to MBC for song leakage

T-ara’s company has issued an official apology to MBC about relating the group’s song leakout to MBC.

T-ara’s company Contents Media has previously protested against MBC for having the group’s song ‘Wanna Play’ played on MBC radio ‘TaeYeon ChinChin’ on 20th July ahead of their debut.

But with that, the company has came out to say that this is all a misunderstanding and has issued an official apology to MBC through the press on 29th July. There was some misunderstanding about using the song to be played as a preview teaser for fans and listener between MBC and T-ara’s company.

But knowing that the song is through and approved for broadcast, T-ara’s company has came out to apologise for the misunderstanding.

Meanwhile, T-ara had their debut on MBC Golden Fishery on 29th July.

Lena Park to stop singer activities for overseas studies in the States

Singer Lena Park (Park JungHyun) has put her singer activities to rest to pursue further studies in the States.

Currently majoring in English literature in an university in Colombia, Park Jung Hyun is left with 2 more semesters to complete her 4-years course. But for her singer activities, she was back in Korea last year for recording workds. She has left Korea for the States on 22nd July and will be staying there till she finish her study course.

Park JungHyun said, “It’s long when you say it’s long, its short when you say it is a short period, I was worried if everyone will forget about me after this. But I wanted to complete my studies and come back with new music and mentality. I will be back end of the year for a while to hold a public performance.”

Lena Park will end her singer activities for now with her appearance on MBC ‘Music Journey La La La’ to be aired on 29th July.

Teddy, “I have planned to go watch Michael Jackson’s concert with TaeYang”

YG music producer, 1TYM Teddy has once given high anticipation for Big Bang member TaeYang.

Teddy was the composer to TaeYang’s solo album title song ‘Look Only At Me’ released last May. And now he is currently working on TaeYang’s 2nd solo album. It is planned for TaeYang’s new solo album to be out in October.

Teddy said on 27th July in an interview, “TaeYang has been a trainee under YG Ent since elementary school, he is a dongsaeng I’ve seen from young. Even though he is younger than me by 10 years, he has seen more about music etc than I have.”

He added, “TaeYang is very thorough with self-management – he hasn’t changed much from when he was a trainee and now as a singer. With management and hardwork, he is now very capable in dancing and singing.”

“TaeYang’s new solo album is completed with about 8 songs currently. But we have not decided to release it as a minialbum or full-length album.”

Teddy also revealed that they have made a promise to go London middle of this month to see Michael Jackson’s performance together.

Teddy said, “Me and TaeYang, above everything, are fans of Michael Jackson. I promised to bring him watch his concert to study more about music etc. But it was heartbreaking that Michael Jackson just pass away suddenly. Back then when the news of his death came out, TaeYang was in Japan for Big Bang’s promotions and he was very sad.”
