5-member girlgroup f(x) have an interview recently with T-news and member Amber talks about her boyish style in the group.
Amber talked about how when she met the other members for the first time and was mistaken as a guy, “I’m not surprised by the members’ reaction, thinking that I’m a guy.”
“I enjoyed the boyish style since I was young. When I go shopping with my mother, I even go the menswear section.”
And when asked what it is like to wear menswear during promotional activities, different from the other members, Amber said, “When I was young, I wear skirts too, but I thought pants are more comfortable. And because my parents were understanding in that sense, I can make this my style now.”

but she does’t have to go to men section to find pants!!.. there is also pants and sporty nice tops for female in women section..
actually she would have to go to the boys or mens section if she wanted loose pants that didn’t reveal much. All womens clothing are made to show curves to a certain extent if she prefers the loosest fit possible she would go to the mens department

When I was about Amber’s age, I used to think men’s clothing are way cooler than girls. I guess I wasn’t the girly type back then nor Amber is now, I think.
At the least, it’s a good thing she debuted more like herself in a sense. Perhaps in the future she’d grow out of it and enjoy being girly on their oncoming songs.
