SHINee‘s broadcast accident has attracted the attention of many netizens.
It happened when SHINee was performing ‘Ring Ding Dong’ for 2009 KBS Gayo Festival on 30th December in YeoIlDo KBS Hall.
And performing halfway, the microphone for member TaeMin did not work all of the sudden. Even though TaeMin seems like flustered with the technical problem, the other members have quickly came in to sing for his parts and they completed the performance.
After the performance, fans said, “I was shocked because suddenly there was not voice for his part”, “Luckily TaeMin followed through well”, “I hope they pay more attention to this in the future” etc.
Meanwhile, 2PM ‘Again & Again’ won the top popularity award for 2009 KBS Gayo Festival.

The whole KBS show had mic problems, which really shouldn’t happen if you do mic checks and handle the mics correctly

well, i think malfunctioning of mics..and any other technical stuff are just ordinary in year-end ceremonies. but yeah, KBS still needs to double-check their technology.
wow newsen..not very accurate news. First off..it wasn’t halfway though. Taemin’s mic didn’t work from the very start…2nd..none of the members helped out to sing his parts..they sang their own. Being a huge fanatic shawol, im very disappoint in KBS for not checking mics. This not only happened to SHINee but to other artist too. All the mics were horrible. I think Jessica got a duped one too =[ Ga-in and Narsha too ..sigh

Jessica is always unlucky when it comes to mics. 9/10 it’s always her mic that has a problem lol Poor girl, she must be used to it by now.
actually the members DID help out.
it wasn’t taemin’s part but during the chorus i think(?) and the ‘ring ding dong’ parts and some other parts,
you can tell the jonghyun and onew sang instead
of taemin.
yeah.. minho wasn’t suppose to sing the breakout breakout breakout.. that’s taemin’s.. well.. he only did one but still he help him too.. and yes.. he did it sexyly..hah so.. hurray for teamwork!!
