Yang Hyun Suk “Big Bang’s Korean activities will come towards the end of August”
Big Bang who last year in June was promoting in the Japanese music market and attracted a 60,000 audience and had a successful tour, will be coming back with their Korean activities at the end of August.
YG Entertainment Executive Producer, Yang Hyun Suk, had an interview with Herald on May 27th. He said “Big Bang’s Korean activities are aimed to be held this coming August.”
Yang Hyun Suk, “Big Bang obtained a big result from their Japanese activities. Except for the Red & White Ceremony, they won 5 other awards, including the best newcomer award.”
“Big Bang will be the first Korean dance group to be invited to the ‘Summer Sonic Festival 2010′ in Japan this coming August 7th and 8th, in Tokyo and Osaka. After participating on the main stage they will rush back to Korea for their Korean activities” he said.

Haha, ok, I won’t lie, I’ve been rather impatient when it comes to BB and their music. I was really dissapointed/mad that TOP and Daesung’s Solo activities were pushed back, but at the same time, I kinda felt bad… Shouldn’t they get a break or a small vacation? I mean, they have seriously been going non stop since last summer! Idk, maybe its b/c as an american its usual for us to have a musician who will take 2-3 year breaks between albums. The South Koreans all seem to be extremely hard working and they do anything and everything to please their fans! It must be extremely tiring… :/ So I hope that the boys can take a much needed rest before the year is up!
wow, these 2PM/Suju trolls need to go back to their own posts. please don’t use DBSK/BB as reasons to create fan wars. that was back in 2008 and now both groups are good friends and their fans are over their fan war. its these stupid trolls who denounce both groups.

BB IS number one in Korea, since DBSK are no where to be found. once DBSK can put their problems to rest and comeback, then i’m sure they’ll be number one. they’ve been around for about seven years, as compared to BB who’s been around for 3-4 years. gee, i wonder whose been around longer to get more fans in korea, japan, china and the rest of Asia.
Anyway this comeback IS a true COMEBACK. I’ve been waiting and i’m seriously excited. they always bring something amazing to the table, and i haven’t been blown away with anything really this year. i’m also hoping for another wonderbang collab. their better be one! >.<

Hear hear. Omg these people new to kpop think 2PM/SUJU are like the the only kpop male bands in Korea and that they’re the best. They don’t know that DBSK and Big Bang are like the 2 major boybands in Korea and are on top of the list because those two have been MIA-ing in Korea. I mean okay, no offence to 2PM/SUJU, i love them too. They are awesome but seriously those people new to Kpop.. you guys really missed the good years of kpop.

If you have not seen it yet, youtube BIG BANG DEBUT STAGE – and you’ll see exactly what you missed. Big Bang’s debut was like a historical revolution in Kpop – there was nothing (and I still don’t think there is) anything like Big Bang….
DBSK is good in their own terms and genre, but no body does it like Big Bang~
