why is there “well” songs that are recommended and “good” songs that arent recommended?

There might be a few reasons to this, some songs might have a good overall, but the song is not catchy enough, while some might be catchy yet not having a good set of lyrics , hence the well and good part is separated from the recommend column. Well and good is to give a rating of the song while recommend sort of like a “you-should-listen-to-this”
