So Nyeo Shi Dae ‘Gee’ #1 on Music Bank, but still no comeback stage

So Nyeo Shi Dae has rose up to their 1st #1 spot on KBS Music Bank.

But after 2 weeks, still no comeback stages from the girls on the show, proving discord rumours right.

Their comeback song ‘Gee’ was at #1 position on the KChart on the show aired on 16th January, beating Baek Ji Young‘s ‘Like Being hit’ and K Will‘s ‘Love 119’.

But what was a shame was that So Nyeo Shi Dae did not perform on the show. It was followed up on 16th January that their appearance on the show has been cancelled as they “won’t be able to perform on Music Bank”.

A Music Bank representative said, “Following KBS’ rules, it will be hard to see So Nyeo Shi Dae on Music Bank for a while.”

Rumors have it that SM Entertainment artistes will have a hard time appearing on Music Bank too. This was said to be due to the incident relating to 2008 KBS Gayo DaeJeon on 30th December, that SM Entertainment had not allowed its artistes to perfom on it.

But both sides have denied any discord between them. SHINee appeared on Music Bank on 2nd and 9th January to prove any rumours of discord wrong.

It is rarely the case that we see So Nyeo Shi Dae missing their comeback for 2 weeks, perhaps the rumours are indeed true.

Meanwhile, the girls are having a strong comeback with catchy song ‘Gee’ and its cute ‘crab leg’ and ‘perfume’ dance.

Meanwhile, here’s a cute parody of the MV.

  1. i just wanna know why KBS band SM artist.. there’s no reasons why they shud do that..
    why KBS?

well, we’ll see them in a few weeks maybe..

Don’t make such a big deal guys..

as long as it doesn’t affect the artist..

  4. HAHA, that sucks for them. :/

  5. โ€œFollowing KBSโ€™ rules, it will be hard to see So Nyeo Shi Dae on Music Bank for a while.โ€
    What rules?? LOL
They have allowed almost every artist including one’s from SME on their show before without any qualms and now they automatically have rules?

  6. I read from Coolsmurf’s blog that it was all due to that DBSK didn’t attend KBS’ Gayo show. I don’t know if it’s a rumor, or the real thing.. but KBS must be dumb to do that.
    But congrats to SNSD.

  7. ^
Then you mean the proplem from KBS
    not SM??
    How stupid they are O__O
    I mean KBS -__-!

  8. this kind of stuff happens more often than you think. like how YG didn’t allow Big Bang to perform that one time with KBS? i think?
and how music station (japan) didn’t invite DBSK to perform because of Johnny’s entertainment
these broadcast stations would be affected the most, since fans will be fans of the artistes regardless whether one station refuses to let them perform on its stage.

  9. honestly I don’t think it’s SM’s fault.
it’s the programs that allow artists to perform.
The rumor is probably true, i mean the link to vote for soshi was the only song that had that problem and they didn’t fix it for a least 2 days.
Good for Soshi for still winning though, kinda rubbed it in KBS’s face.
they won’t ban them forever. SM artists bring in high ratings and to ban SM Town is really stupid.

  10. *They putt their anger

  11. What no comeback stage for SNSD in KBS
    Music Bank O__O!
what’s wrong with SM i hate him ><!
because what he’s doing to his artist /:
SNSD they deserve no.1 in K chart their song
is sweet and funny & no one challenge them now
coz all of the improtant artists are now getting some
    of rest ^^!
Hell and KBS Music Bank now they their Anger in our
    Baby Seungri and YG ๐Ÿ˜›
