SHINee, 2PM, 2AM and Davichi etc come together for ‘Helping our needy neighbour concert’

Artistes will come together for the 2nd ‘Star Donation Meteor’ concert. The 1st of this concert was held last October and was aired on KBS as ‘Korea is 1 Family’.

And for this concert, the performing artistes like SHINee, 2PM, 2AM, Davichi, Jo Sung Mo, Lee Jung Hyun, ChaeYeon, TaeGoon, Bae Seul Gi, After School, Park Hyun Bin, Drunken Tiger, Yoo Mi Rae, Tei, LeeSsang etc.

The concert is sponsored by Who Is and KBS, and supported by Cultural and Physical education tourism board, SK Telecom, Nike, Dragonfly, I Love Plastic Surgery Dermatology. It will be held on 20th June in Seoul Korean University’s stadium. Proceeds to the concert will be contributed to help the needy.

Fans congratulates SS501’s 4th year anniversary with newspaper ad posting

ss501_080609Fans of 5-member group SS501 posted up newspaper ad to congratulate the group on their 4th anniversary since their debut.

Their offical fan club Theseus had posted the advertisement posting on 8th June on the daily newspaper – there was congratulation message together with a photo of the SS501 members smiling happily together.

Previously SS501 Kim Hyun Joong fans also posted up advertisement posting for completing his drama ‘Boys Over Flowers’.

Meanwhile, members Kim Kyu Jong and Kim Hyung Joon are promoting for MBC drama, while members Heo Yeong Saeng and Kim Hyung Joon are promoting as DJ on SBS Power FM.

YangPa is back after 2 years singing theme song for MBC drama ‘Soul’

yangpa_080609Singer YangPa (Lee Eun Jin) is back singing the theme song to MBC drama ‘Soul (Hon)’.

She debuted in 1997, and went on for further studies in 2001 in Berkeley America. And then came back with ‘What is love’ etc in 2007.

And a while back, she transferred from Contents Media company after her contract with the company ended, and this theme song will be her first song after joining the new company.

The miniseries drama stars T-ara JiYeon, Lee Jin, Park Gun Il etc, and will air from 5th August.

This theme song will be written by Park Shi Hyuk, who also did Baek Ji Young‘s ‘Like Being Hit’ and 8eight‘s ‘Without a heart’ etc. Fans are anticipating this new song from Ballad Queen YangPa.

    Are you serious? :O I know that plastic surgery is a fairly common thing in the K-Entertainment world, but they even have companies named like that? Sheesh.

    On the other hand, the concert sounds like a great idea. It’s awesome that all the stars are willing to help out, hopefully it’ll help promote a more thoughtful message to kids out there.
