Big Bang TaeYang ends promotions for ‘I Need A Girl’ to prepare for upcoming concert

Big Bang TaeYang’s solo activities will be put on hold for the time being.

TaeYang performed his solo song ‘I Need A Girl’ on SBS Inkigayo on 1st August, the performance on that day is also his last performance of the song.

His agency said that day, “Because there are some Japanese activities, his solo activities will be put on hold for the time being. There are some preparation works he need to see to. After that, he will continue with the activities.”

TaeYang revealed his comeback album on 1st July and the title song ‘I Need A Girl’ was up #1 on SBS Inkigayo for 2 weeks and also #1 on Mnet M!Countdown and KBS Music Bank.

The song also did well up on American iTunes R&B charts.

TaeYang will join Big Bang for their Japanese activities and coming September he will be doing his solo concert.

  1. that’s a quite short promotion,i want to see more taeyang or at least before he end up,do perfs of superstar or break down~btw good luck to big bang and taeyang~

  2. how i wish he would promote After You Fall Asleep, i really love the song. and maybe perform Take It Slow?? that’s one sexy song. whatever that he’ll be doing, let’s all support him and his Big Bang brothers.

  3. If I’m not mistaken… it has already been cleared that this is only a short break for Taeyang. After a week of Japan activities.. he would resume his solo activities..

  4. that was one great performance to say good bye to the song… maybe he could promote superstar when he comes back.

  6. Honestly, the song wasn’t getting any better. Should have promoted Break Down in my opinion.
