Netizens vote Lee SeungGi and Kim TaeHee as the #1 celebrities who will continue to remain single in 2010

Actress Kim TaeHee and all-round entertainer Lee SeungGi has been voted as the #1 celebrities netizens think will remain solo/single for the year 2010.

During KBS 2TV Entertainment Relay aired on 9th January, about 12,000 viewers did a survey on the poll ‘The celebrity who will remain single this year’.

And Kim TaeHee and Lee SeungGi are were voted #1 for the female and mae celebrity category with 20.3% and 20.4% of votes. Following behind are Lee Hyori and Kim HyunJoong at #2, and Kim HyeSoo and Rain at #3.

Diva Hyori to take up the acting challenge once more?

Whether Singer Lee Hyori will challenge acting again is stirring up rumors in the movie industry.

It has been four years since Hyori acted in the 2005 TV series, “Three Leaf Clover,” as Kang Jina. On the 23rd, news surfaced that the movie “Bling Bling” whose script is already done, has unofficially casted Hyori.

Why ‘Lollipop’ was not up for #1 on Music Bank K-Chart again?

Fans are puzzled by ‘Lollipop’, sang by Big Bang and 2NE1, disappeared on KBS Music Bank K Chart #1 spot contestant list in just 1 week.

The song was up for the #1 spot on the chart during the show on 10th April, together with Super Junior‘s ‘Sorry Sorry’ and Son DamBi‘s ‘Saturday Night’. Back then, Son DamBi‘s ‘Saturday Night’ had won the #1 spot.

The song was expected to be up for the #1 spot again on 17th April but many fans are puzzled why it did not appear for the #1 contestant list again, and they had posted up queries on the forums on Music Bank website.

It was then explained that the song being a CM song, has limited number of times it can be up on the chart. This is the regulations set for CM songs for the chart in view for that there will be product placement on the show.

Especially since ‘Lollipop’ is the name of the product it is used for promoting. The reason why the song was up on the chart on the 10th was that it was #1 on various online charts.

WonderGirls is best liked Korean singers for Thai kpop-pers

Bae Young Joon, Song Hye Gyo and the WonderGirls are the most liked Korean entertainers in Thailand.

Korea-Thailand Exchange Centre (KTCC) did a poll on 489 Thai from 27th February to 26th March on which Korean entertainer they like the most. Bae Young Joon and Song Hye Gyo was voted #1 for male and female entertainer and the WonderGirls is #1 for singer.
