Set for Japanese debut, Brown Eyed Girls to hold fanmeeting with IKKO

Brown Eyed Girls who are to advance into the Japanese music scene will be doing an event with make up artiste and broadcaster IKKO.

Coming 13th September, Brown Eyed Girls will be doing an event in Tokyo MidTown Artorium for 300 members from their official fanclub.

There are plans for Brown Eyed Girls to debut in the Japanese music scene with the Japanese version of their hit song ‘Abracadabra’. The song went up to #1 and #2 rankings on various Asian music and even #2 on iTunes chart after its reveal.

Brown Eyed Girls GaIn to fly to Australia for filming of solo song MV

It is known that Brown Eyed Girls GaIn will be flying to Australia for her solo debut song.

According to an agency representative on 31st August, “GaIn will be the 2nd member from Brown Eyed Girls to have her solo album release. If fast enough, it will be released in end-September. It not it will be in October. The album will be released in the form of a minialbum. And for the solo album, she will be flying to Australia on 2nd September and will be staying there for about 1 week to film the MV for the solo album.”

Meanwhile, GaIn is still appearing on MBC We Got Married as make-believe couple with Jo Kwon, and member Narsha is promoting her solo song ‘Mama Mia’.

Secret ‘Madonna’ up #1 on Dosirak music chart for the 2nd consecutive week

Secret’s latest song ‘Madonna’ is up #1 on music site Dosirak weekly chart for the 2nd consecutive week.

According to Dosirak’s weekly music chart for the 4th week of August, Secret is up #1 with the song ‘Madonna’. And at #2 is 2AM ChangMin and 8eight Lee Hyun’s ‘I was able to eat well’.

At #3 is Rainbow with ‘A’, rising up 6 spots from their previous ranking and #4 is Brown Eyed Girls Narsha with ‘Mama Mia’.

Currently promoting as solo singer, Brown Eyed Girls Narsha will be promoting her followup hit ‘Mama Mia’ with junior singer Sunny Hill.

For the promotions of ‘Mama Mia’, Narsha will be promoting with members of Sunny Hill JooBi, SeungAh, Jang Hyun etc aand they will be called the ‘Narsha’s Group’.

Sunny Hill is a mixed group which debuted in 2007 and they are under the same agency as Narsha which is Nega Network. A representative from their agency voiced, “Narsha, who is able to show her creative concepts through her solo activities, is preparing for a more upgraded stage for her followup song. We hope that fans will anticipate.”

Coming back with new song ‘Queen’ sexy singer Son DamBi has been voted as the ‘singer who looks the best in bikini’.

A poll was done on music site Bugs from 10th to 16th August on that ‘Which is the singer who will look the best in bikini’ and Son DamBi was voted number 1 with 287 votes.

Son DamBi has always been known for her sexy singer image with hit songs like ‘Crazy’ and ‘Saturday Night’. And recently her slender leg line was also the topic amongst netizens online. Netizens who took part in the poll commented, “Even Venus will cry in front of Son DamBi”, “Doesn’t the queen look good in everything?” etc .

So Nyeo Shi Dae TaeYeon is picked as the female idol group member with the best vocals.

A poll was conducted for 9 days on online community portal site DCInside from 3rd August till 11th August on ‘Which is the main vocal with the best vocals from female idol groups?” And TaeYeon got voted #1 with 1,725 votes out of 16,639 votes.

f(x) Luna and Brown Eyed Girls Jea are voted #2 and #3 on the survey with 1784 votes and 1114 votes respectively. Other than them, other female idols voted on the survey include 2NE1 Park Bom, SeeYa Kim YeonJi and WonderGirls SunYe.

Narsha revealed in tears, “I still live in a mid basement rental room with my mother”

Brown Eyed Girls Narsha reveals that she is currently staying in a rental room.

Narsha had appeared on SBS Strong Heart aired on 10th August where she revealed, “I’m still staying in the mid basement rental room with my mother.”

This is the first time that Narsha revealed this on broadcast. She said, “Even though there are more people who recognise me now, there are times when I feel embarrassed.” She then started tearing, “In the end, I decided to move out with my mother and we signed a contract for a house bought on deposit.”
