FT Island with Teen Top, “We have got ourselves new dongsaengs!”

FT Island Lee HongKi posted on his Twitter on 8th September photos taken together with newcomer 6-member boyband Teen Top.

He wrote, “Teen Top came and told us that they are our fans since before debut and wanted to take photos together… It’s weird that we have now gotten ourselves dongsaengs! In anyway, Teen Top hwaiting!”

The photos revealed also had FT Island Choi JongHoon. Meanwhile, FT Island won #1 on SBS Inkigayo just 1 week into their comeback with title song ‘Love Love Love’.

FT Island reveals their excitement in winning Mutizen award on SBS Inkigayo.

FT Island won #1 on SBS Inkigayo on 5th September with the title song off their comeback 2nd minialbum ‘Love Love Love’, and it was only just 1 week into their comeback. CN Blue Jung YongHwa also showed off their friendship during the group’s encore stage.

After the show, Lee HongKi and Choi JongHoon posted up photos with the other members on their Twitter accounts.

So Nyeo Shi Dae TaeYeon posted up new photos for her radio show MBC ‘TaeYeon‘s Chin Chin’ on the show’s online noticeboard recently.

And of the photos revealed are photos taken of TaeYeon together with FT Island Choi JongHoon.

You have to agree, this is one rare and beautiful shot.

Kpop reviving the trend of coloured hairstyle this Autumn?

This Autumn in Kpop, we see the trend of many Kpop singers going with the ‘autumn leaf’ hair colour trend.

For example, the fashion was spotted on Big Bang GDragon, BEAST Jang HyunSeung and Yang YoSeob, FT Island Lee HongKi, GaryGoldSmith’s Smith and HwanHee etc.

It seems that the trend of hair dying, which surfaced in the 1990s when  idols like HOT and Sechskies were sporting the style, has been revived again.

Unique group FT Triple to release ‘Two Date’ album and start promotions

Unique group FT Triple, consisting of member Lee JaeJin, Choi JongHoon and Choi MinHwan, from group FT Island will start their unique promotions.

FT Triple will release an album ‘Two Date’, a collection of 3 songs, and member Lee JaeJin will be the vocalist this time after his musical debut in ‘Sonagi’.

The title song to the unique group will be ‘Love Letter’ written by hit song writer Kim DoHoon. The other 2 songs including in the album are ‘멀리멀리 (Far Far)’ and ‘꼬집어봐도 (Even after pinching)’.

KARA fans in an outrage over FT Island Choi JongHoon’s comments

FT Island Choi JongHoon has recently further blown up criticisms against him on his minihompy.

He referred to the incident between him and KARA Park GyuRi on MBC ‘SaeBaGwi’ aired on 17th October. On the show, Choi JongHoon was introduced as the “pretty boy acknowledged by all” and then the MCs said, “This is the concept similar to that of Park Gyuri. What do you think about Park GyuRi?”

With that he faced Park GyuRi and said, “That person’s personality is a little frivolous, my personality is that I’m honest and straightforward.”

FT Island to unleash unique group FT Triple

FT Island will be revealing an unique group FT Triple comprising of members Choi JongHoon, Lee JaeJin and Choi MinHwan. And the teaser video to title song to the unique group ‘Love Letter’ will be revealed on 19th October.

In the teaser video, Lee JaeJin will be in charge of vocal and guitar, and member Choi JongHoon will be playing on the piano. And Choi MinHwan will be in charge of the rhythm in the band.
