Big Bang TOP solo song ‘Turn It Up’ up #1 on music chart for 2nd week even without promotions

Big Bang TOP’s latest solo song ‘Turn It Up’ is up #1 on music site Monkey3 weekly chart for the 2nd week, despite having no promotions for it.

The song is up #1 on the chart for the 4th week of June (21st~27th Jun). At #2 position is duet song ‘Nagging’ by 2AM SeulOng and IU. Since early this year, duet songs or featuring songs have mostly turned out to be hit songs on music charts. This applies for IU and SeulOng’s duet ‘Nagging’ and, KWill and Navi’s duet song ‘We Really Loved’ at #3.

Celebrity couple Hwayobi and Sleepy ends their love relationship after 1 year

Celebrity couple Hwayobi and Untouchable Sleepy announces their breakup.

The couple who first announced their relationship early last year, has revealed that they have broken up on good terms. This was revealed through Hwayobi’s agency on 3rd June.

Her agency said, “Hwayobi and Sleepy has been in a love relationship about over 1 year and have been on good terms. But recently they have broken up as they both needed to concentrate more on their singer activities.”

After the announcement of their love relationship, the 2 have appeared on variety shows openly talking about their relationship. They even had couple performance together, and news of their separation is sad news for fans.

KBS Music Bank 19.03.2010 – KARA wins 2nd #1 with ‘Lupin’

Today on KBS Music Bank, KARA won #1 with their recent hit song ‘Lupin’. This is their 2nd win after their 1st on the show last week. A small happening occurred when there was a little confusion when revealing the winner on the show today.

During KBS Music Bank on 5th March, group So Nyeo Shi Dae won their 5th consecutive #1 on KChart on the show with the song ‘Oh!’. Even though Yuri was not present due to swine flu for the performance, it did not deterred the girls from winning.
