It has been known that singer Ivy, who has reently taken up the challenge of MCing, will be releasing a digital single album the first half of the year.
Ivy’s agency revealed on 31st March over a phone interview, “With the aim of releasing a digital album in April, Ivy is currently preparing and working on the album. We have not decided on the concept for her comeback yet.”
It was known that Ivy will be releasing a ballad song for this album. And the album will be a form of gratitude towards fans.
With that, Ivy will be joining the group of female solo singers’ comeback this April like Lee Hyori and Son DamBi.

lee hyori is the most popular solo female singer but that doesn’t mean she is the most talented.
she WON over lots of people by her personality portrayed on shows.
ivy isn’t the best vocalist either but she has good ballads. she really choose the worst month to release it.
and people need to read that it’s a digital single. other articles say shes not even performing so i don’t see how it’s going to be some huge girl battle. ***rolls eyes*

Ivy is not (and never was) from SM ent.
She was produced by JYP on some of her previous albuns, but she’s not sighed with JYPE either.

Lee Hyori is definitely going to be on top.
It’s kinda obvious that Lee Hyori will win over Ivy and Son Dambi.
But I love all 3 of them. And it makes me sad that koreans are so harsh and mean to Ivy just because of those rumours of years ago.
Ivy’s last album had great dance pop music. And I loved the dark movie OST feel that some songs had.

Ivy’s a great singer, but I wish she would have returned with something like “Aha” or “Cupido”. Still, I love ballads (unless they’re just average…) and I look forward to her comeback 🙂

Im glad she will come back what happened to her in last year was not fair many music shows did not allow her to perform in their shows like music bank and music core so I hope this time she will be able to perform in all of the music shows
