Super Junior KangIn reports for his army duties.
KangIn has reported for his army duties at ChoonNam NonSan Centre on 5th July. KangIn is currently taking a leave from Super Junior activities and will be the first member from the group to report for his army duties.
This follows the series of events which happened to KangIn last year like DUI and assault cases which led him to be suspended from Super Junior activities. About 400 over fans were present to send him off to army that day. The fans have waited since 7am in the morning, and they come from various countries like China, Thailand and Japan etc.

Though I’m a fan of them since long ago when they just debut, I know nothing could ever be the same again.
Nor can we expect them to be like the past in the Full House days, where all of them are young, no enlistment shits or lawsuit/hit-and-run cases.
Now adding in all these 3, face the fact ELF, as much as I myself don’t want to but I have to.
There’s no possible way where Hankyung would come back to SM Ent. on his knees to ask for forgiveness for suing them and requests to eb back with SJ.
There’s no way that Kangin can throw a last-minute tantrum in the military and wants to be exempted just because he wants to pursue his music career.
And there’s no way for Kibum, who always shows a passio for acting, quit prioritizing acting and return to his active SJ days in 2006’s Full House.
There’s just no way, no way…
Where the 3 would come back smiling as if nothing has happened and no tension was ever formed in between these 13 brothers.
Though for majority I’d say, it’s not that they want to, just a moment of impulsiveness and/or some personal matters which they can’t take it no longer, which resulted in what SJ is today — Definitely not a choice of theirs (for majoirty).

I don’t know about them, but if I were them, being one of the 10 remaining members and I get shits like ’13 — 1 — 0′, my self-esteem and confidence would be totally wrecked and I can even break down.
That I and the remaining 9 members are equivelant to ‘zero’ just because we are not the 13 member group we used to be.
But. From what I see.
These boys are still trying very hard to present the best to all of you out there, the ELF.

The whole only13 thing is the most disgusting thing I have ever heard of and it makes me ashamed to call myself an elf because not only does it make Henry and Zhou mi feel bad because it makes them think they aren’t wanted but it also makes all the other members including Hankyung, Kibum and Kangin feel bad because its like their saying that they are horrible unless all 13 are there. And that is NOT the case. All of the members (including Henry and Zhou mi) work really hard to show us their talents and they deserve to know that we love each and every one of them whether they are solo or in a group.

Agree.. I felt bad for Henry n Zhoumi. They can support the 13 original members but they shouldn’t diss the 2 additional members. Speaking of music talent, the 2 additional members are far above more than half of SJ members. it’s a privilege to have them in the group.
Henry is honestly amazing. i’m starting to adore him after his awesome violin play, his “Sick of Love”, and his featuring in composing one song for SJ.
We need more talents like Henry to improve SJ’s quality. ^^
I agree that Henry’s violin skills are impressive, so are this very mesmerizing moonwalk.
For a moment, I’d have even thought Michael Jackson came back to live while watching him moonwalk. Seriously.
But saying “the 2 additional members are far above more than half of SJ members” is a little too much, everyone of them have their individual talent which makes them distinctive.
That though they are one huge-ass group of 13 (now 10, but it’s still considered large), each and everyone of them are known by fans individually.
I accept the other 2 in there, no, maybe I won’t say “accept”, as I don’t possess the concept of ‘SJ13’, moreover, I admit I’ve already deeply fallen from Henry’s moonwalk when SJ-M performed in the Taiwan variety, ‘Variety Big Brother’, and Zhoumi, well, though I don’t know much about him but he sure don’t look detestable.
But if you are saying things like “Itβs a privilege to have them in the group” and “We need more talents like Henry to improve SJβs quality” is simply saying that SJ doesn’t hold much of a talent and they should thank SM for adding in Henry and Zhoumi like how they thank their moms for giving birth to them.
SJ itself (without including SJ-M) is talented ENOUGH, adding in Henry and Zhoumi is just a PLUS.
Taking into consideration too that they speak Chinese and that’s an advantage as SJ-M is mainly focusing on the Chinese Market.
Everyone of them in SJ is talented, be it acting, dancing, singing, MC-ing, comedic talents so on and so forth.
Have you watched how Sungmin portray his martial arts and acting skills in Goong T?
And like every right-minded person should be able to tell, how Eunhyuk the dancing machine beats all top-notch dancers hands down with his mad flexibility.
And even Shindong, the group’s “largest boy”, but his dancing skills is very sharp and on-point, it’s just that he’s a little “chubby” which makes his moves not so clear.
And how comedic Heechul is, though many may say he is one who can’t sing and dance and that he should be out of SJ, but I can say he is one comedic ass, the funniest out of the team beating machine-mouth leader-sshi, Leeteuk.
Which brings me on to another person, Leeteuk.
He is another who doesn’t have much of a talent in singing or dancing, but his machine-mouth and ability to shut everyone up with his lawyer-like mouth is unbeatable.
And if you’ve seen how hard he tries to unite the group to what they are today, the united and inseparable SJ, you’d know what Leeteuk the leader plays a major role in it.
And KRY (Kyuhyun, Ryeowook and Yesung), the 3 least known are also powerhouse vocalists which without them, I believe no SJ’s melodic tunes would sounds as impacting and powerful.
I know I’ve left out quite alot, but in conclusion all of them have their individual talent and X-factor which makes them this know today.
I’d gladly name out 1 by 1 all of their uniqueness should you want me to.
Lastly, I’m not typing this full-comment to attack you, just to correct you of the 2 sentence which you may have misused a little, but the remaining 80% of the comment just came into my mind suddenly and I thought of typing out how unique a band SJ is. ^^

Their numbers aren’t what makes them Super, what makes them Super is their talent, dedication, beautiful personalities, hard workand all the other things that make them who they are. Super Junior as 12 members was how it used to be when they were a project group. They can add on or lose some members because they were a “rotational” group. Since Super Junior became a group that has “fixed” members, they are officially 13 members. Those “fixed” members are composed by Leeteuk Heechul Hankyung Kangin Yesung Shindong Sungmin Eunhyuk Donghae Siwon Ryeowook Kibum and Kyuhyun.
Fans are not hungry of seeing just any “13” people in the group. There are officially 13 “fixed” members in the group and those are what they wish to see. Not “other” people replacing those missing members to make it 13.
