Upcoming group Secret from TS Entertainment, from which we have artistes like the Untouchable, held their debut showcase on 29th September.
They performed several songs as a group and also solo acts. Here’s one of my favourites ‘3 Years and 6 Months’.
The 4 members are: Han Seon Hwa, Zinger (rapper), Jeon Hyo Sung (Leader) and Song JiEun.

Wow, they sound pretty good…but i guess they are not with the major companies (SM, JYP, YG)? Thus lack of publicity?
‘3 Years and 6 Months’ sounded really good. I may have to consider them as probably one of the last girl groups I will like. Can’t wait to see how Secret will debut then and what song will be prepared for them.

They might be talented but for me they are boring and aren’t attractive enough to be stand out

I honestly don’t see how people can say they are not pretty because maybe its just me but JiEun and SunHwa are very pretty and talented based on those videos and I usually don’t judge girls. The other two are pretty as well with HyoSeong probably being the most average looking of the group. The pictures of them are definitely not flattering though.
Regardless of looks with good songs and those vocals I hope they find some success, because I am getting tired of girl groups that are popular but lack in both good songs and good vocals.
zinger looks like a very strong and capable rapper. with more experience, she can definitely do good. i’d even put her next to CL. (was majorly dissappointed with amber. all that hype and my balloon just deflated. lol.)
this group can make it. i have close to no doubts at all abt that. they have the talent and looks and their personalities seem to be very entertaining and very easy-going so they’re definitely likeable to me.
and Untouchable is awesome! i love them. y’all should definitely look them up. so if i were to judge by Untouchable’s range of music, i’d think they’ll be coming out with pretty amazing songs too. i’m not worried. can’t wait for their debut!

I think its Ji-Eun sing slow motion not Jeon HyoSeong, the video is mislabeled. If you look at the face and the outfit you can tell that its Ji-Eun.
I agree with the other posters that talent isnt what makes you famous, even though I wish it did because there are some popular groups out there that kind of hurt my ears while some extremely talented groups are underrated
. On another note if they come out with more RnB music such as 3years and 6 months then I am definitely looking forward to them. They have the talent, and if you have ever heard untouchable’s music then you know they probably have a decent songwriting group back them up as well.

4minute is big now winning awards and u are a rocky means ur big most of the groups especially female dont always win awards in their debut year like kara who started winning awards after 2 years of their debut , bigbang started winning awards after one year of their debut beside antis that u are talking about are mostly international fans b/c if they have many antis in Korea they would not have topped any charts or won awards
brown eyed girls were always well known and popular in kpop they did not just made it big now?!! last year both of their singles “how come? and L.O.V.E” topped the charts plus won awards but more international fans just started paying attention
after school also did very well in both of their singles plus with UEE gaining popularity i think they will have a great comeback
it’s like all over the world that either you go to school and get a regular job. OR you go into entertainment to become a singer. it’s the IDOL wannabe phenomenon and where managers and agencies are trying to cash in on all this. a bunch of the kids are going crash and burn because of this. you just wait and see if more korean groups just keep coming out even more so than now.
Oh my gosh… more girl groups it looks like as though almost half of Korean citizens are in the entertainment industry… I envy them…. how I wish my country recognized talents too and its not like as though I wanna become a singer I just wanna become a dancer…well but with all those suffering the entertainers have to go through because of their popularity hmm I rather not be involved… I really pity them all they wanna do is do what they are good at and entertain us but ppl don really appreciate them…

I agree with u sookyeong ..these girls are so damn talented Im so amazed with their vocals plus they can dance the only thing that I want now is for them ti debut with a great song since they are under same agency as Untouchable I think they will debut with hiphop r&b style of music
they are pretty talented but the sad truth about kpop is that success relies on number of fans and company’s background and not much in talent…
there are so many girl groups these days, and most already established a fan base with just one release of song…(*eyebrow raised*)
i hope this new group would do well too…i like the Slow Motion cover..
what ur saying is so true but 4minute ,son dambi , after school and brown eyed girls are not under big agencies but all of them are now big names in kpop
I think what she means is that it takes time…ehem ehem look at that rookie group with one song – they just carry the name of their company so they have a good future
4minute – not really big in KPOP (ok level, fanbase wise not much plus a lot of antis)
Son Dambi – don’t know her history but she is popular
After School – underrated, only UEE is definitely big
Brown Eyed Girls – have been in KPOP since like what 2006? Even before SNSD, KARA and WG….but their popularity just boosted now? Just now that they showed their bodies?

there are a lot of talented but underrated stars out there…no one notices them just cause they lack promotions
How is After School big? The poor girls get no credit for anything. I see that people like them now, since they’ve been on break all this time, but when they debuted with play girlz and ah no one cared. They were my favorite group then, until T-ara hit the scene.

I think the person singing slow motion is actually JiEun if you look at what she is wearing and listen to the vocals.

sadly, it’s not just about the vocals in girl groups these days…that’s just for me…sometimes it’s more of the appeal…it’s really hard to stand out and get a share of enough fans when everyone’s divided already….so far, only 2NE1 managed to place themselves near the WonSoKa line, 4minute (got #1 with Muzik) and f(x) (well, they are under SM so they can get enough promotions) – have a future, for the rest i don’t know.
hyo sung sure has great vocals! but they’ll need more than that to stand out from the rest of the girl groups………. well, we’ll see(: cant wait for their debut!
