the remix is a little off with the IDC concept, but this type of remix (not really sure what to call it, french electronica?) is still actually really popular in the states, if you listen hard enough, it sounds something like the french duo “Justice” mixed with some sounds by “Lazrtag”; not sure if anywho of you are familiar with those two, but I would say whoever came up with this remix was inspired by them….

congrats on 2NE1 on the win! the remix takes some getting used to. I don’t hate but I don’t love it either. BUT I do like how they are much more energized and seem to be enjoying this performance a lot. Plus the choreography seems more tight and less random in this performance. Perhaps performing a new mix was refreshing for them (since performing a song over and over again must get tiring or the new mix just matches the choreography a lot better.

To be honest the reason I liked I Don’t Care is because it didn’t sound like the remix. The reggae feel was MUCH better than this electronica sound.

well, Kara and BEG can’t win this week because they just made their comeback. xp
mutizen next week will be based on this week since inkigayo is slower than the other music programs. if you follow any of the charts this week, you’ll see that beg while strong on the digital charts are kind of weak in album sales. kara is still creeping on the charts. so i think 2ne1 still have a good shot at mutizen.
Yes, Inkigayo is like a week late, 2ne1 still has great sales . I think 2NE1 will win Inkigayo next week but i’m not sure about Music Bank cause they are more current.
The I Don’t Care remix version is like a sign that the IDC promotion is ending soon…
